Pinnacle Relational Database Systems was founded in 1996 and specializes in the development of customized software for all Windows (3.x, '95, '98, 2000, NT , XP) operating systems.

A lot of the locally available "of-the-shelf" software software packages are designed with a "one-size fits all" mentality and in many cases users usually find out - too late - that "one size usually fits none".

HOW DOES PINNACLE WORK?

Using a powerful Rapid Application Development tool, Pinnacle Relational Database Systems develops customized solutions that enable the user to "touch and feel" their custom application very early in the process.

The Client gives Pinnacle a description of their requirements. We realize that different people have different levels of technical expertise and some people express themselves better than others. We've dealt with all of you.

We then communicate a series of questions designed to allow us to understand your needs. (Actually, we will go back and forth a few times if necessary to accomplish this).

Then we'll provide a very detailed description of the system we will provide for you. Naturally, you ask us any questions you may have. Together, we refine this description until both of us understand it completely.

We will then fix a cost to your system and outline a predetermined delivery schedule with costs associated with each deliverable. Only now do you have to pay any money and it is only a small part of the overall cost. And, what's more - you can cancel the remainder of the system at any time and pay no more money.

We develop the system in stages. This way you don't wait until the entire system is completed before you get an idea of how it works. The first deliverable includes enough of the system that you will get an immediate feel for your new system. And, we want that feedback. We want to catch any differences as early as possible.
